How do you make a Tinkerer's Workshop?

you dont make it, you buy it from the goblin tinkerer.
you must first destroy the goblin invasion then search the dungeon for him, free him, and then build a house for him

you need to have more then 100 HP and destroy a shadow sphere/demon hear, when both of these tasks are complete simply wait for it to come.
i reccomand you get a lot of unholly arrows and a flail type weapon (ball o' hurt/blue moon)

Shadow Orbs are found underground in the Corruption, and look like purple spheres that give off a small amount of light. Demon Hearts are found underground in the Crimson, and look like, well, glowing hearts. Both can be broken with a hammer, and produce a number of effects when broken, one of which is allowing goblin invasions to happen. Just be careful not to break too many before you're ready, because every third one you break will summon a boss.

You don't need to search the dungeon. I found the tinkerer in a cave in the jungle. Also it's easy to beat the goblin invasion if you plan. I made a small lava pool infront of my house making all of the goblins die in the lava.

first you need to kill the goglin army, next you have to find the goblin tinkerer in a cave, finally you have to buy it from him. also, why do you want it? and what items are you going to craft with it?

I need to combine Shoe Spikes and Wild Climbing Claws. You can do that with a Tinkerer's Workshop, can't you? So, to get one, I need to get 20 Tattered Cloths, summon the Goblin Army, defeat Goblin Army, find the Goblin Tinkerer, buy the Tinkerer's workshop, and then FINALLY, combine my stuff.

First of all, this topic is over two years old.

Second, you don't need a Goblin Battle Standard to summon the Goblin Army. They have a chance to spawn automatically after you've broken at least one Shadow Orb or Crimson Heart.

also sometimes you don't even need to break anything because they can sometimes spawn randomly, i know that because i've had that happen to me once, luckily i was over prepared for anything, because i had beaten the eye of cthlulu without any problem and same with the wall of flesh, even skeletron couldn't stand up to me because i was that prepared so they got absolutely destroyed, most likely because they're weaker than the wall of flesh in my oppinion
