I'd use the SDMG with musket pouch.
I tried ufo, and It didnt work out to well - I found frostspark boots + fishron wings + frog leg, with some kind of nockback blocking shield works the best. Thanks for the suggestions, however :)
I've never used crystal bullets before, didn't know that.
Thanks!
(prefferably a unreal one with percise accesories for 2 dmg instead of 1)
Don't forget that you can use up to three summons without any summoner armor if you drink a summoning potion and use a Bewitching Table before you start the fight. That's essentially three independent sources of damage that can tick along with your crystal bullets.
Dont most minions take up piercing quota or something? I know that the stardust dragon does - you can't attack anything its attacking, unless you were already hitting it before the dragon, but Is that the same for all minions? If not, which ones DONT do that so that I can still shoot the stupid thing?
Most Melee Weapons do piercing, so they are blocked of that, but with a gun you usually don't have problems. However, since you're moving fast another minion like the Stardust Cell is better anyways.
