Question about the Celestial Sigil Item

Since I'm too lazy to try and fight Moon Lord right now, I read of the "Celestial Sigil" item crafted with 20 of each Celestial Fragment. It summons MoonLord without defeating the Lunar Events.

The wiki says it's a Boss-summoning Item, so I assume it disappears after use. But with the Moon Lord being a hard boss and you need to complete the Lunar events about 2-3 times to even get this item, Does it disappear? I'm a noob, so I don't really know.

Yes, after you use it to summon the moon lord, it will disappear from your inventory (even if you didn't defeat the moon lord). In order to craft the celestial sigil again, you would need to fight the lunar cultist and destroy the pillars again.

Everytime you kill a pillar you get fragments, each pillar has a different type.

You have to kill all the pillars and fight the moon lord at least once before you are able to craft a celestial sigil and it uses up something like more than half of the fragments from each tower you collected, so its a bit expensive. If you have time it's better just to keep rolling the pillars until you are flush with fragments, then craft sigils if you need to.

And yeah they are a one time use that dissapears as soon as you use it, if you die right away from the moon lord then it was a complete waste.
