Can anyone help me with expert golem .-. the eye lasers are crushing me

I want advice :9 Im wearing full turtle armor with all warding accessories im using yelets and paladins hammer. Im also just hiding on a platform and letting my traps do my work but when the eye lasers come i just cant survive them :/

Considering the eye lasers go through blocks, hiding won't work. You'll need to get skilled at dodging.

Well im able to dodge most of them but when they hit me they deal about 70 damage per laser my star veil is doing its job but the cooldown isnt enough to help with that . Im considering just making an area where my traps wont hit and when he is on the eye lasers just fly up and down to dodge them

The Golem is easier when you just dodge and attack it. As you've found out, hiding won't protect you from the lasers.

Most bosses after Golem won't be doable if you just try to sit in a "safe" spot as they tend to have multiple attacks which pierce blocks. The Martian UFO is the only real exception to that.

I dont consider help cheating. Its not like you are making golem unable to attack me or anything :p

Wow, who would say... a person that killed Plantera cant kill the easy peasy Golem xD, i killed him first try with Kraken, its a drop from dungeon enemies after u kill plantera, put out some bonfires and some heart lanterns, ironskin potion/regeneration potion and XABLAU, Golem down. In my second playtrough i killed him easily with chlorophyte shotbow and holy arrows, not even used potions/bonfire/heart lanterns

Now that I've helped him, I think his issue was the needlessly elaborate trap set-up :P Just dozens upon dozens of traps that did very little damage to the golem and left him very little room to move, haha.

i never used traps to beat any boss, they occup my space to move and dodge atacks '-'
