Demonic Last Prism or Demonic Nebula Blaze?

I have both already, The nebula blaze has a better initial damage, but I'm not sure if either is better than the other. Please do help me out with this, as I am quite confused.

The Last Prism is better. The reason the Last Prism does less damage is becuase each individual beam deals the damage stated in the tool tip. As there are 6 beams (each dealing ~100 damage if you have one without Modifiers) the total damage delt is ~600 damage.

I dont know the lunar flare is really good as well and the way it travels through blocks is a huge plus

You're right, the Lunar Flare is an amazing weapon, along with Nebula Blaze, Razorblade Typhoon, Nebula Arcanum, etc. But the Last Prism just pumps out so much damage (reliably 2000 crit every .5 second?) that every other weapon pales in comparison.

You're right, the Lunar Flare is an amazing weapon, along with Nebula Blaze, Razorblade Typhoon, Nebula Arcanum, etc. But the Last Prism just pumps out so much damage (reliably 2000 crit every .5 second?) that every other weapon pales in comparison.

I hate it when people use it in pvp, its just a giant cone of 3 hit kills, even with 121 defense solar armor.

You messed up by trying PvP in the first place. It is incredibly unbalanced and will only lead to your frustration.

I quite enjoy pvp.

just use the staff that makes ice blocks that you use to build sky bases and then you could build a little wall while your star wraith pwns those mages. Or a rod of discord as the beam is slow to turn around

I do'nt like the last prism because 1 second is 1 greater mana potion. But it's damage is great so i use it only far that reason almost ( also it's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pyramid shooting rainbows to destroy stuff. How is it not badass ? )
