How Do I Would Get Tactical Shotgun from Tactical Skeleton?

I did set the farm for all the killing skeletons by lava from teleport. But that tactical skeletons didn't spawn above my farming. I searched them in whole the dungeon.

I need your helpful suggestion for farming, please. I'm afraid I can't add you friend to help in my world because my laptop is bad. :/ But I want your help so bad.

there are 3 kinds of background walls and they just spawn at one of them look at the wiki for more help

Also if you didn't defeat Plantera yet they will not spawn, so make sure you defeat it
