Hellforge and Hellstone bars don't seem to work.

I have farmed hellstone bars and took a hellforge from the underworld and placed it in my house but the hellstone bars don't appear ( I have enough hellstone)
I also tried doing it in the underword but doesn't work either, is this a bug or I'm missing something ?

you need 1 obsidian + 3 hellstone to make a hellstone bar

Thanks, do I find it in the Underworld ?
At the Terraria wiki it says when water and lava combined, I guess i'l just combine a bucket of lava and a water one.

At the Terraria wiki it says when water and lava combined, I guess i'l just combine a bucket of lava and a water one.

you can cover lava with a bucket of water to generate obsidian, so basically find lava pools and pour some water on it
