Queen bee or Eater of worlds first (Expert mode)
I've beaten the Eye of Cthulhu and king slime, I have a Demon bow w/ frostburn arrows, gernades, and a slime mount.

Typically you'd beat the Eater of Worlds first. It dies quickly because it's segmented and thus takes several times more damage from AoEs.

The Queen Bee is comparable to Skeletron, though people tend to do Skeletron first since there are no trash mobs or even any digging involved.

Okay, so EoW first (Take in mind that this is all in Expert mode) Skeletron then queen bee?

What diference between normal mode and expert mode, because beating moon lord with beetle armor, good acessories and using full set of potions along with the strategy allowed me to kill him without dropping below 400hp most of the time.

Actually, on Expert, many people have been killing the Queen Bee first. She only gets a small HP increase on Expert, while Skeletron's HP doubles and he gains loads of Defense while the hands are still alive.

And apparently, Beenades let you kill any pre-Hardmode boss with ease as long as you have enough of them.

You can do either, but Expert Skeletron is known as one of the toughest bosses.

Can't you bounce on the EoW with the slime mount?

Build an arena in the surface jungle and summon the Queen Bee using an Abeemination. She's much easier then and then you'll have the bee weapons to use against all the other bosses.

Can someone explain me difference between normal mode and expert mode, because I'am curios about starting to play on it,but I want to know real difference between them.

Enemies cause twice as much damage (although defence is slightly more effective to compensate) and all of them have a higher chance of dropping loot. Some enemies have new attacks.
Bosses in particular have new attacks and more health but all of them drop a special new item that can only be gained in expert mode.

I believe they've put a cooldown on the times you can bounce on an enemy, to stop glitches mainly with boc and skeletron

The vast majority of them are useless, or are things you'd only use in Expert mode.

Duke Fishron drops a cool infinite flight mount that's similar to the UFO. It's normally slower, but if you touch water or are under 50% HP it's much faster than the UFO and gives you a big damage bonus on top of that.

Yeah, I was leaning towards fighting queen bee.

Queen bee is really easy to deal with. You just have to kill it once, then collect enough materials to make like 10 queen bee summoning items and you can summon her on the jungle surface.
