I have some slots left to fill with good tank gear and i wonder what i should use?
I have paladin shield
ankh shield
worm scarf
all of it are warding but what should i take in to?(I have solar armor)

defense itself isnt that important for tanking. what you really should look for is damage reduction.
star veil (or cross necklace if you are lazy) increases invincibility time, more if you are hurt more. worm scarf is percentage-based reduction. master ninja gear (or black belt) allows you to randomly dodge attacks.
if you are playing with a group, paladin shield is great, as it can trigger both star veil and black belt if one of your teammates gets hit. if you arent playing in a group, pick ankh shield instead, the defensee itself isnt that great.
frozen turtle shell has a pretty big impact once you get low. if you are playing alone, you can use autopause and switch it whenever you get close to the activation threshold.
celestial stone/shell is always good, no matter what you are playing.
if you are a tank, you will get hit a lot. consider taking celestial cuffs with the last prism.
charm of myths helps against moon lord, but doesnt have to be limited to there, if you dont use vampire knives.
on that topic, vampire knives. if you get low, you need to heal, so why not use them?
brain of confusion, because you will get hit.
shiny stone, because massive regen.
consider taking mobility accessories if you dont have a good mount yet.

AFAIK the Shiny Stone currently does nothing unless you're standing totally still, not attacking or digging or getting injured in any way. Its only use would be to speed up HP recovery between encounters, which makes it a near-useless accessory.

Definitely Celestial Shell and Celestial Stone. They are the very best Warrior accessories, giving bonuses to almost everything.
