what the hell does cheesing mean?
i have seen it on guides and on the forums
is it an in game food item that gives you super/ungodly power ups/buffs
is it slang
is it cheating?

It's slang for making the boss easy by some sort of way to easily kill him.

You're not a scrub. The people that cheese are scrublords. They are basically exploiting, abusing and cheating by using things in the game they're not supposed to use, and they call it "cheesing" so people don't look down on them. Don't believe them. They are giant nobheds that can't play the game normally.

cheesing is when you beat a boss using a cheap method. An example is fighting the moonlord in a box where this projectiles cant hit you and using wepons that can go through walls. Cheesing basically mean being cheap and going against the way the boss was intended to be fought.

does that include inventory editors and getting someone that already passed it all to come help you out?

what about someone who already passed it going to a newbie/lower lvl to help him pass
is that also cheesing in a way or no?

Well no and yes if ur stuck it's fine but if u just want items they can give u then yes. it happenes a lot in console
