Use this link, there are four worlds and 50 players. All of them have every possible quest fish. Angler is right at the spawn.
It's boring and sure way to get 200 quests.
P.S. It's from this guide: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=482657753&searchtext=fishing
Get the fish you have to catch for that day, throw it in a chest, save and exit the world.
Proceed to save the world in a "backup" folder.
Then copy the world as many times as you want into the worlds folder, I suggest about 10 to 14 times (easier to scroll through, keep track of), it will say there's already one, so just accept the message to put it in with a number next to it.
Worlds would be:
MyWorld.wld
MyWorld (2).wld
MyWorld (3).wld
etc.
Use all the different worlds in your game to deliver that quest, keep repeating untill you've gotten the achievement.
