Kill Duke Fishron until you get the Flairon (Yo-Yo) or the Razorblade Typhoon (spell)

Recommended weps.

Use full spectre armor with the healing hood while using the razorblade typhoon. It will also work perfectly in the lunar event, but once that is done, you will need to change into beetle or something.

It's so easy that I've never did a strategic fight vs him, how can you not beat him... well, idk what to say, if you're a melee with beetle armor then kill fishron, get flairon and everything is gonna be cake walk after that.

Flairon's not a yo-yo. It's a flail. If it was a yo-yo, holding down the button while using it would keep it out for quite some time.

When he casts the "ghostly versions" of him, DON'T HIT THEM, only hit the actual one to stop him from spawning more
