Which Summoner Accessory Is Better?

Which is better for a Summoner when using Stardust Dragon Staff - Pygmy Necklace or Summoner Emblem?

Let's say the dragon does 100 damage (a piece), I have 10 minions (pieces of the dragon), that's 1000 damage, the Pygmy Necklace will give me 100 more damage (one more piece), the Summoner Emblem will give each piece + 15% (15 in this case) damage, which is 150 more damage. If I'm not missing anything the Summoner Emblem should be the way to go. What do you guys think?

so i know this was true in 1.2 idk if its changed but the damage of your summons is based on the damage when they are summoned. not the damage after they are summoned. so just equip hercules beetle, summoner emblem, avenger emblem, necro scroll, herc beetle scroll yadda yadda. summon all your ♥♥♥♥. then replace the emblem accessories after youve summoned them. AFTER ive summoned all my minions i use the two scrolls celestial stone/shell (good hp regen for a class with no regen) then worm scarf and star veil. menacing for reforge since minions cant crit. i dont use the pygmy necklace because i find the survivability of the other accessories more necessary than an extra minion. (oh and no wings since i just use the UFO) plus the stone and shell give extra damage for the summons anyway so its not a huge loss. also this is direct from the wiki for the dragon staff: Any Piercing Attacks Will not damage the target when It is attacked by the Stardust dragon.
Example: Vampire Knives can still hit an enemy being damaged by the dragon as well as any yoyos. The Terrarian can hit the enemy with the yoyo itself, but its effects cannot.

so i would recommend the stardust cell staff for bosses even if you arent using a piercing weapon. since each cell stacks a 30 damage DoT onto bosses. and i run all cells and 1 dragon when im exploring n ♥♥♥♥ cause it hits through walls. another reason i dont use dragon is cause the terrarian is a good weapon to just use when summoning along with vamp knives for some survivability. plus melee weapons with flask of ichor can help your minoins crank the dps. an SDMG with chloro bullets might be a better weapon to use but i dont do that cause i only make the ammo for my ranger class.

EDIT: just realized my answer is huge for your question lol. and i didnt even really answer it. soooo summon when the emblem is equipped then take it off and replace w.e there ya go. answered. ALSO did not mention this but you could put warding on all the accessories that replace the ones you use for summoning. wont need menacing on the accessories that you dont use when summoning.
