No Jungle chest spawned in dungeon?

I have killed plantera and have explored all of the dungeon as far as I can see. Have found a corruption, hallowed and frozen chest but no jungle chest and I just got a jungle key. Is there anywhere I could have missed? Dungeons dont contain every chest.. Its random.

From the wiki: Only four Biome Chests (one of each type) will spawn in a particular world. Each represents a biome found in the current world. There are five types of Biome Chests in total, though a world will only contain one of the Crimson or Corruption variant, depending on which of those biomes the world contains.

Also lots of people on various forums say that every dungeon will contain four chests.

Can confirm that dungeons (at least some) contain every chest (aside from the one for whatever biome I don't have).

Although, I DO also have a world with no biome chests at all. Unless I somehow missed all 4 chests while scouring the dungeon for them for like 2 hours.

try going back in with spelunker and other treasure finding items if that doesnt work you could make a small world get to hardmode and look for it there, its way easier since the dungeon is relatively small

Look around the entiure dungeon. I had a map in which about a third of the dungeon was sealed behind a wall due to a generation error.

If all else fails, craft the key you don't have, go to a new map, defeat Skeletron and look for one in that dungeon.

well, take a dangersense potion, it'll reveal cracked bricks which you can mine to get farther into the dungeon

second I blame people unable to read calendars
thirdly I blame the search function or specifically google search
