I bought the winter cape and can't equip

i got it off the traveling merchant and i tried to put it in both slots no dice

It's an accessory.

Its a vanity cape, meant to replace the looks of a set of wings

If you have either any wings (even hoverboard) or the beetle shell showing on your character, the cape won't appear.

1. Put it in accessory slot.
2. If you have an item like wings or the Architect Gizmo Pack showing it won't work.

I dont have any of those things still cant put it on.
