Cape problem?

SO i want to use my Winter cape as a vanity item ontop of my armor (bettle armor) but its just not showing when i put it on the social slot. The only way that it shows is when i put my armor off. Any fixes?

it has to be in one of the slots next to your accessories to work

i know lol i should have been careful with the description, the problem is that it just doesn't replace the armor that i am wearing

Put a screenshot of your inventory with it equipped.

I had to unequip wings and hoverboard to let the cape appear. It's a shame.

I think it's the bettle armour that's the issue. I think I remmeber reading that it overwrites whatever is on your back such as wings.

I have wings on, and the cape is showing fine.

I figured it out :D, you gotta put another armor in the vanity slot, i think its because the bettle armor takes the space that the cape uses. So i just equiped a palladium armor on top and now its showing :D.

I'm having the same problem, only I'm not wearing beetle armor and it only shows up when i'm underwater (Merfolk form).
