Yellow Block?

While using my pickaxe, ths weird yellow tint on the blocks appeared and the pickaxe hits those blocks instead of the one i want, is there any way of getting rid of this?

use left Ctrl(default options)
if that doesn't work, then click your inventroy button and controls, it should be at the bottom!(smart cursor)
