The Witch Doctor Won't Spawn

Steps Taken:

I built a house in the jungle (I know it is a working house because I was able to set my spawn point in it).
I killed the Wall of Flesh to set the world to hard mode.
I defeated the Queen Bee in the underground jungle.

So far it has been a whole day with 0 notification of him spawning, and I do not see him anywhere on the map. I had similar problems on my other world, where I tried to get him to spawn initially (building a house in the jungle and killing the Queen Bee 3 times, no Witch Doctor).

Can anyone help resolve this problem?

EDIT: The problem was that I made the house of wood, and apparently wood is not a legitimate substance to make a house out of. Made it out of stone with a wood table and chair, and he spawned the next morning.

I have had thi problem before also. I just built the house in a different location and waited like 10-15 min and he spawned.

Have you killed Plantera? Witch Doctor should come after Plantera is killed (by finding a Plantera Bulb in the jungle which spawns him) but you are right that she needs a house in the jungle to live in so she can sell her products.

I have no idea what it has to do with Queen Bee though.

Not even in hard mode and I have the witch doctor.
Doctor's in a house in the forest and have products for sale (only 2, but still have some)

I did defeat the bee a few times though.

But yeah, make sure you have a few availible house and wait a bit, shouldn't take too long to spawn.

Witch Doctor = Queen Bee
Cyborg = Plantera
