Suspicious Looking Skull...
I have everything needed to make it, including the right anvil, but for some reason i cannot create it. does anyone know a reason why that might be?

That's the item to summon Ocram, right? Ocram is a console/mobile exclusive boss, so you can't summon him on the PC version.

it's the only way to get Souls of Blight, which i need for a new armor set i want to create

do you know what the pc version of the Titan Armor set would be then? or what the pc version of the Soul of Blight would be?

Souls of Blight and the items crafted with them are Console & Mobile exclusive.

The wiki does *not* say that you can. Look again, there's a console icon on that page.

This Ocram dude and Souls of Blight were developed exclusively for the console versions, since the console versions don't get much of the cool stuff that we get in the PC version.

I don't think there's an equivalent tier on PC, but Shroomite Armor is probably better anyway.

The console stuff was added long before Terraria's current endgame. It's pretty much obsolete.

Note that offensive Beetle armor is better than Solar for most encounters, and copper was obviously a joke.
