which endgame armor set is good for farming the moon lord?

i have already acquired all 4 sets
solar
nebular
vortex
stardust
but im having a hard time deciding which to use
each has its advantages
but i wanna hear what the community has to say
which is the best to battle the moonlord solo and then co-op/with friends?

It really depends what class you want to play and what build you're trying for.

Personally, as a Warrior, I use offensive Beetle since it's better than Solar for most encounters.

For the other classes, those three sets really are better than anything else.

I think a good strategy is to have a REALLY long minecart track with bumpers at the end. Summoning with stardust set and all summoning accesorries reforged to menacing, run along the track with the mechanical cart, while your summon does the work!

i think i can do that
also i mainly stay in a platform otherwise its harder to find where the moon lord dies and go back to get them

I heard that ranger or mage is the best class for moon lord. So, look for the ranged or magic weapon that fires fastest or does the most damage. If it's magic, Nebula. If it's Ranged, Vortex. Personally, I killed him with ranged. Either way, choose something that chases after enemies, like Razorblade Typhoon or Chlorophyte bullets

That's pretty much impossible.

Almost all armor sets greatly improve one thing over another, as do more accessories.

If you don't focus on one thing, you'll just be bad at everything.

good for spam
tons of damage
i farm moon lord with that armor and the wepons
