Shiny stone is great for things like events, pillars, or just respawning!
that is beacuse in case of events, most of the time you can just camp somewhere and keep attacking, the shiny stone has a stacking effect that increaces if youre doing certertain things, like not attacking but even if those conditions arent applying then youre still going to get higher life regen from the stone than from the band, as the band needs to be enabled like 3 years after youre getting hit. the shiny stone on the other hand regens you permanently. no matter if you just got hit or not (it does regen faster if youre not hit) so yea. in most scenarios shiny stone is better but the healing reduction from the charm is good when paired with super healing potion, but at that point youre done with the game perrty much.
so yea. Active regen = shiny Passive regen = charm instant healing = charm
i prefer the shiny stone since it pairs very well with meele or summoner builds.
but if i had a free accesory slot (wich i dont) i wouldnt mind putting in the charm.
