How do I find Enchanted Sword Shrines?

The information I have found on them is very vague, and I have had no luck finding any :/

I actually found Arkhalis on my first ever try at this so that was pretty amazing. The Shrines were pretty spread out for me (two on the right and one on the left of the map), so make sure you check the whole map. Hopefully the video helps!

On a small world there is at least one shrine (but maybe fake sword)
On a medium world there is at least two shrines (but maybe fake swords)
On a large world there are 4 shrines and at least one sword

OP, the telltale 1-tile straight tunnels are what give away the location of the "Sword in the Stone" treasure rooms. However, they usually don't reach quite all the way to the surface. Generally, you'll want a way to see through blocks to find them.

My friend got the arkhalis before we even had cactus armor on a medium world where we were playing on

Not sure if trying to be considerate by not opening another thread about the same topic, or just necro spamming.
In case of the former, check to see if enchanted swords or the arkhalis/valmanway are in the 3ds version. If so, then yes.

The ''mini biome'' contains it. Those are usually at the last forest on the sides of the map.(check wiki on how many shrines could spawn.
On a other note. You can find enchanted sword shrines randomly on the map.
