Dungeon Without Bone Welder?

Bone Welder is a Crafting Station used to do Bone stuffs... I search in my entire Dugeon [literaly, cause I remove everything, literaly everything, letting only blocks and walls, every spike, wire, platform, everything] and the Bone Welder wasn't inside in any Chest...

This shouldn't be 100% sure at least 1 Chest will had the Item?
100% sure 1 Chest will had at least 1 Muramasa,
100% sure 1 Chest will had at least 1 Cobalt Shield
so on...

My Dungeon doesn't have a Bone Welder, it's possible that?
It is possible to not spawn a Bone Welder in the Dungeon?
