Skull Shirt

I saw a lot of youtubers, that plays Terraria and they have a skull on their characters' shirt.
Is there any way to get this?

No, it's not accesory.

When creating you character (you can probably also change this at a dresser), there's an option under the shirt menu called style. A skull shirt is one fo the options, as well as a robe, the standard shirt, and a sleevless shirt.

When I'm changing style there is no skull shirt.

Adjust the colors of the outfit and the skull pattern should be more visible, you can't see it with the default color scheme.
