worm scarf & endurance potion

Do they stack? The gamepedia entries contradict each other.

Combined with the Endurance Potion, the Worm Scarf can make enduring enemies that hit for high amounts of damage a lot easier.

Does not stack with the Worm Scarf to give larger amounts of reduced damage.

Interesting...

Obviously I don't use the Worm Scarf in normal worlds since it's practically useless there, but I intend to go Expert at some point, and Endurance Potions not stacking with it would mean the Scarf is useless in all modes. That'd be seriously messed up.
