I want to craft the " dust disgusting" and the NPC told me I need the mushroms.I got them but I can't craft them.It says I need the "bottle" and I have 13 of them.How do I craft the dust disgusting?

Are you playing some mod or a non PC version? There's no such item in the PC version of the game.

This! Put empty glass bottle on some flat surface, like common table or crafting table. And it will become crafting station, where you can make potions. Also, you may want to find alchemy station in dungeon, bring it home and use it instead. It gives 33% chance to not consume an ingredient.
P.S. You can fill bottles with water or honey near water or honey.
