I want someone to give me a proper answer and not just a retarded statement
I started a fresh expert character, so that's why I wanted to know.
And I don't see the fun in doing that, oh well
Sorry that the game isn't for you then.
Actually, I would think the vast majority of people would prefer to experience Expert mode with a fresh character.
With endgame gear, only the Expert Moon Lord would prove a challenge; you'd just overpower all other Expert bosses by so much it really wouldn't be much fun.
There's a bit of that, but there are ways to keep it interesting.
A player would most likely have used buff potions and some sort of arena to beat him the first time, for example, so you might try to do it without those once you have better gear to compensate.
A lot of the "endgame" stuff isn't even all that good anyway. Most notably, the Warrior armor is worse than Beetle. And quite a few of the weapons are kind of awkward.
Don't get me wrong, I love Terraria and I will keep playing the game over and over.
Maybe if you do pvp battles, that might be the only reason atm to make the end gear.
EDIT: you could just put it in vanity
