The Meowmere isn't really that good.

When you use the Meowmere, the cats don't deal enough damage to really count as the best sword in the game. Sure, it has plenty of damage, but the cats are slow, and inaccurate. The Solar Eruption, is technically better, because it deals more damage per second, and it's more accurate. I've been able to solo Moon Lord with the solar eruption, but not even put a dent into his health with the Meowmere (on normal). My Meowmere is Legendary, and I'm really disappointed with it. Is it just me? Or do others see the same thing I do?

It's mostly just a joke weapon I think. I haven't really messed with the meowmere much but that's the impression I got.

At least the Terrarian and Star Wrath are badass.

Meowmere is worth when fighting in tight spots like against plantera, because the cats will bounce all over the area so you just need to keep dodging and let the cats do the magic

it can be great for pvp, all you gotta do is just spam the cats, but it's really not too great for pve.

if i ever do get a terrarian, i most likely will be replacing the meowmere, since yea, it's pretty amazing.

well, i've got full solar flare armor on, and i don't know what can make the accuracy, and speed on the cats any better.

Solar Flare armor and meowmere is also good combo if you wanna solo rush the expert mode for treasure bags, it´s really easy to defeat even expert fishron with it

To sum everything up that Meowmere is only good for certain situations so its uesfulness is reduced by a lot. (It's really hard to hit stuff with Meowmere in open spaces)

Yeah, it´s weak against solo targets in open spaces, because it´s damage output will be minimal, but still good for sweeping crowds with it

yea, thats why i dont think it's really good, if it was something like the terra blade, where they weren't affected by gravity, my opinion might've changed, but it smaller spaces/straight lines, it's pretty amazing, but to sum up, the terrarian overall damage with the right stuff, has better damage output.
