How do you use this thing? Highlight doesn't work and even downloading it from the webpage it still says its out of date (and is)

If you look on the right hand side of the site under the purple download button it says 1.3.1.

It works fine, you just select the things you want highlighted from the blocks section and thne hit the highlight button and adjust the opacity to your liking.

What are the heart things? I check heartstone, than hit highlight all and moved the slider..

I can't even find out how to install the map viewer, can someone help?
