1.3 EXPERT MECHANICAL BOSSES- Found an easy way to destroy them :]

I know that a lot of people have trouble with the twins in expert mode and it took me about 5-6 tries before i found an easier way than using the adamantite/titanium repeater method. The fight will generally last around 2-3 minutes with the needed gear and 1-2 minutes with the optional gear.

You will need:

• A Daedalus Stormbow.
  
• Holy arrows.
  
• Adamantite/Titanium armor, wether it's the melee helmet or ranged, doesnt matter.
  
• Food for the well fed buff, ironskin potion, regeneration potion, archery potion, and an gravitation potion.
  
  THE GRAVITATION POTION WILL BE YOUR KEY TO WINNING

Some optional equiptment that i used that are very helpful but not necessary are:

• Potions: Life force, and Endurance potions.
  
• Magic quiver with any prefix
  
• Ranger emblem with any prefix
  
• Armored obsidian shield (just preference, you can switch it out with anything)

Don't be afraid to switch out your hermes boots or lightining or spectres or frostsparks for another accessory, the boots wont matter because you will be in the air the entire fight.

Crafting Recipies and how to acquire other accessories/weapons for conveniency:
1. Daedalus Stormbow is found by creating a key of light (15 souls of light) and putting it in an empty chest anywhere on the map (yes you can make a wooden chest it will still work). This will create a Hallowed mimic which has 7000 hp but has very predictable patterns so as long as you can dodge you will be fine. This mimic also has a chance to drop an illuminant hook.

2. Holy arrows are made by combining 200 wooden arrows (purchased by the merchant) 3 pixie dust, and 1 unicorn horn. These arrows summon high damage falling stars on impact and do 14 dmg per hit, combined with the Daedalus Stormbow you will put out tons of dps. To farm pixie dust and unicorn horns i recommend making a battle potion (vertebrae + deathweed) and going to the hallow.

3.Food is either purchased from the traveling merchant ( he always sells it) or created by fishing and crafting it at a cooking pot.

4.Ironskin potions are made from iron/lead ore and a daybloom.

• Regeneration potions are made from daybloom and a mushroom
  
• Archery potions are made from daybloom and a lens
  
• Gravitation potions are made from fireblossom,deathweed,blinkroot, and a feather. I'd recommend breaking pots to look for these or fishing with a crate potion(iron crates hold these potions) since these are relativley harder to craft.
  
• Life force potions are made from prismite (fishing in undeground hallow), moonglow, silverthorn, and a waterleaf.
  
• Endurance potions are made from armored cavefish(fishing in underground hallow), and 1 blinkroot.
  
  5. Magic quiver drops from skeleton archers in underground caverns (underground hallow is the most efficient for farming theses guys, you can get a lot of this equiptment there).
  
  6. Ranger emblem drops from killing the wall of flesh.
  
  7. Armored Obsidian Shield is from combining the cobalt shield with an obisidan skull, the armor prefix is either acquired on crafting or acquired from reforging. The armored prefix gives +3 defense so its easier to get than the +4 defense prefix.
  
  HOW TO FIGHT THE TWINS
  When you summon the twins, activate all of your potions. Fly into the air but make sure not to fly into space because it slows you down enough for the twins to attack. Kite them as far left or as far right as you can until they are defeated. Aim your bow in the general direction where the twins are at so you will hit them, the good thing about the Stormbow is that it fires multiple projectiles so atleast one arrow will hit. You know you did these steps right if you still have your potions ticking at the end of the fight.

  I wanted to create this guide after finding that even with using Yrimir's Twins guide wasn't guarenteed because it forces you to dodge well, and aim your repeater while face tanking their hits, if you haven't killed a mechanical boss before the twins then his guide also doesn't help because he has 600 hp in the fight from life fruits which spawn in underground jungle after a mechanical boss has been defeated. I am not saying his guide is bad im just saying that Yrimir's guide is for people who want to rush to beat the twins. I don't get your point, you explained items used and how to make them, but you didn't explain what to do with them. I get that you want gravitation potion to be the main dish here and that you will need to dodge the twins with it, but you didn't write how.

yeah the destroyer especially is a joke with daedelus stormbow + holy arrows.
but something that is nice about terraria is that there's plenty of different ways to defeat the bosses
