Magic weapon named "Life Drain"

If I got it from Crimson Mimic, then i was victorius, because i thought its last missing item from my full summoner endbuild... But then I tried it and its nothing like the name says... Its more like "Fast way to get rid of your mana with 5 sec x(" and the heal part in it is sooo little, meybe if you are at beginning of game with 100 HP then you can see slightly increased regeneration in healt, but in endgame this item is a joke.. Really bad joke.. And I got it from expert world hardmode miniboss??? Cant get that why it isnt then obtainable earlier game because in endgame its a stick of empty mana and thats all.. It kills, but thats not what i see under "Life Drain". (Sry for bad english)

It increases life regen by a very, very small amount. It should probably be buffed. Either way, it's quite powerful against groups.

I've seen no evidence that it affects regen whatsoever.

Wait...did you call Crimson Mimics mini-bosses? That's hilarious.

What else do you call them? they're powerful, they take a ton of damage, it's right on par with Paladins. If that's not a miniboss what is? Hell they make TRUE bosses like EoC look like a joke.

The fact you can also summon them with the soul keys really add to the point.

I noticed smaller numbers next to the damage ones while using it. Perhaps these are meant to be health numbers, but it's bugged?

i'll check again, but I didnt notice any change in my health beyond standard regen rates.

drain life doesn't always mean heal, it just means it is draining their life force not healing the user

Pretty misleading when they could just say "damages" or whatever.
