I found some skeleton guy named Tom in a cave, and after i left he disappeared, who the hell is Tom?

It was a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ npc you nitwit, of course ive found tim before. I could buy stuff from this guy and he always talked about losing limbs

"Tom" is a skeleton merchant that you can only find randomly underground, he can't move in, he sells stuff.
