Is it posible to change from expert to normal mode?

Me and my cousin are playing on expert but now want to change to normal mode but we dont want to make a new map cause we have made our house and all that stuff already there.

I don't know why, I tried here and it worked, try removing the world from the SteamCloud, create a new folder for TShock and check if your worlds are in C:\Users\HOME\Documents\My Games\Terraria\Worlds, then give me the feedback

Just use Tedit there is an option in world properties where you can change world back and foreward the expert mode

Just look in game files for your world, there should be an option there that dictates wether it's expert or not. Though, I HIGHLY reccomend keeping it on expert - Lots more fun.

If this does not work for you, download this tool (TEdit) It's a complete world editor. Once you open TEdit and open your wld. file that you wanna edit, navigate to the right side under "world properties" scroll down until you find the "expert mode" box, simple un-tick it, Ctrl + S, and you're done! enjoy <3

Found it thanks. My friend made the server and I didn't even realize there was an "expert mode" we got stuck on Wall of Flesh.
