Terraria 1.3 crashes

Terraria crashes when i try to host a server or join another player. Can someone explain it to me?
(using Windows 7 64 bit)

i got the same crash every time when i enter any world with any player please help me ( Windows XP )

i have this problem: when i start the game it says :D it start terraria :D after a half minute a crash reort comes: System.Thrreading.SynchronizationLockException: Object synchronization method was called from an unsynchronized block of code.

PD: I use w7 64bits

I have just fixed the problem. I instaled framework 4.5 and now the game doesnt crash anymore.

it was all the update they did say crashes were bound to happen because with new items comes new bugs

as i comented, reinstall of framework 4.5 do nothing

oh i reinstalled it again and its working now! Thanks for help.
