How do I throw 2 yoyos at once?

I got the glove I got the bag the counter weight I got it all even a yoyo and another yoyo so what am I doing wrong?

Hit an enemy with it. it sends out another of the exact yoyo being used

^ + counterweight will apply on second strike.

Yup. The Counterweights and second yoyo and such, only activate after hitting an enemy, one hit per thing (one hit to brinh out yoyo 2, then another to pull out a counterweight, and another to pull out another counterweight.
