Can't play Terraria 1.3 Update, This is stupid

Simple as that, update is taking WAY too long, other games install just fine, it's beyond pissing me off, I've waited 7 horus and 30 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ minutes for only 16%, and then the update RESTARTS back to 0%.

It isn't my internet, I stated that ALL of my other games update and download just fine, I literally tried, for example "The Binding of Isaac" installed at a rate of 700-900KB/s, which was really fast, but for some reason Terraria is the only game that installs at this terrible rate, and it's really, REALLY annoying because my friends are already ahead of me, and won't wait.

Have you tried installing it to a different drive? I'm just throwing out suggestions as something weird seems to be happening with your Terraria download

Just was thinking a corrupt part of your hdd which is constantly redownloading a part because it keeps failing validation. But if you're sure.
