A strange symbol in the Valor yoyo tooltip
What could it be?

I think it may be double throw or a special dmg conter i dunno.

It would seem that it is simply the symbol of the yoyo that it is based off of in real life. For example this is a link to a picture of a real Valor yoyo, it has the same symbol on it
