Its not terrarias fault, try reseting your router/gateway
Bereth Nocta Jun 30, 2015 @ 5:13pm
I've restarted my router, nothing
Other games install just fine at a solid 700-900KB/s
My download region is set normally, and changing it didn't effect anything
It's so annoying and I have no idea how to fix it, so it has to be a problem with Terraria, and I never said it was it's fault :O

Same problem here, only effects Terraria.
Other games download full speed.
Terraria downloads at 500b/s.
This is not the first time i've had this happen with Terraria.
Server is dodgy.

I've had this fixed for months now, there is no solution, not one that I can notice

I had this problem when installing on Windows 10, all I did to fix the problem is pause and resume the download and go into Steam>settings>downloads and unchecked throttle downloads, worked fine after that.

Try removing the hard drive and mother board and duct taping them together and throw it in the street and run them over with a car (trucks also work) after that soak in water for 8 days and shove them back in to your computer..... see if that helps

I found a fix that worked for me, all i did was go to steam settings then downloads and i cleared content libraries.
