Found out, you have to use a yoyo on an enemy.

So far I have found the Valor, Format: C, Gradient, Yelets. Yelets being the best so far with 87 melee damage when Godly. Are there any more?

I also have a Yoyo Glove and a couple Counterweights but I need some string to make the Yoyo Bag.

there is also the eye of cthulu witch is the best yoyo i have gotten so far
