The Destroyer and the Twins I would put on roughly the same level IF you control how you fight them. Saying that even Skeletron Prime isn't all that if you do the same thing.
---Twins---
The easiest way to fight the twins is to grab yourself a ranged weapon and create a very long pathway up in the air.
Wooden pannels would probably be best because they wont stop your arrows/bullets but I did it with dirt as I just had loads spare (farming that much wood for the pannels would take ages as well). Equip some boots that make you run faster and get yourself some harpy wings (which you can make pre-mechanical boss).
Just run along your pathway trying to dodge their shots. Focus first on the green eye (the melee one) as the red eye is easier to dodge even during it's enrage at low health.
Take pots and plenty of ammo and you should do alright. If you're really having problems you could put camp fires along your route and even heart lanterns but you would require a silly amount of them so it's probably not worth it.
---Destroyer---
They key to the destroyer is the minions he spawns. If you focus purely on him you're gonna have a bad time. Build yourself a large platform arena with camp fires and heart lanterns (and if you're lucky to have found any, wire up some heart or star statues to a timer). During the fight just move in a big circle in your arena and you should be able to avoid a lot of the attacks.
You'll want to use weapons that penetrate through monsters (rather than things like the fire flower where it's projectile vanishes after one hit) because, as you know, you can score multiple hits on the destroyer. It's also worth taking something heavy hitting but accurate as the main tactic here is to focus on the adds he spawns as they have a 1/3 chance to drop a heart. So if you're really in trouble you'll need something that can score you an add kill for a heart if you really need it.
Keep killing them and get damage on the boss between adds. You can obviously attack the boss when there are adds up (as they will be up basically all the time) but try not to let them build up. Those hearts they drop will let you last the fight.
---Skeletron Prime---
I found that the bridge built for the twins also doubles as a good place to fight SP. So the tactics are basically the same as the twins in this case really.
Just run along and keep shooting back at him. He doesn't have a super ton of health so you could focus his head but I wouldn't worry about any damage going to his arms instead as killing those just makes it even easier.
---
Just make sure you make some buff potions to help out on your first kills of these bosses as they're easy to make and you need all the help you can get really.
Bonus tip - If you make your bridge long enough you can use it as a faster way to get to the sea in your world for sea related activities. You can also make holes in it over certain locations (such as the jungle or dungeon) to allow quicker/easier access to those too.
Hope this helps.
this really helps to take down tough bosses, especially if you have a rapid fire weapon as every shot is increased.
it requires ichor though so you need to have a crimson world, or make an alternate world that is crimson.
