Huge Terraria "Chunk Error" bug

I disconnected from my friend's terraria world, and when I joined back a chunk of our world was gone, which happened to be our house. Theres a giant crater where it used to be

The mobs seem to glitch around the bugged area, we've noticed
Here's the catch; we were able to get on single player and all the items were there, including the house (nothing was wrong)
Is there anything we can do to transfer the single player world to a multiplayer server or something? We aren't even sure what the issue is, so explaining it would be fantastic.

Please help, we really want our world back ;c

The single player world isn't missing that part? It might be worth loading up and saving the single player world then rehosting the multiplayer one using that recently saved single player map to see if that helps, as this looks like it simply failed to load that chunk for some reason, but as far as I'm aware the same file is used for both.

Might be worth verifying the game cache incase it's caused by terrariaserver.exe bugging out too, assuming you're using the built in server.

Also, the stuff in the multiplayer world seems to be there, but invisible. I broke the hellforge on the multiplayer server by placing random blocks, and when I logged on to my single player world,
the hellforge was missing.
