Why aren't my pet and light pet re-summoned after I respawn?

I'm pretty sure at least the pet did before, but not anymore. My friend's are re-summoned automatically when they die and respawn. Is there an option somewhere I've missed?

There are slots for the pet and the lighning pet, just like accessory slots. are you using them?
The chain icon above you accessories will lead you to those slots. Also they can be toggled to be visible or not with a small eye icon on the slot.

Yeah, I'm using them, but everytime I repsawn I need to go to these accessory slot to resummon my wisp, and it's really annoying. It'd be faster to keep it in my "normal" inventory.

~edit: alright, for some reason it was bugged, I toggled it off and on again and now it works, thanks.
