Is there a way to spread ice biome or reverse spread (dont know what its called)?

My hallow is in ice biome and hallow monsters rarely spawn.Is there a way to make it have only hallow and move ice biome elsewhere?And i know that 50 block thingy but i want underground to have it too.

Ice biome is determined by the amount of ice and snow blocks in an area. Removing them will convert it to the "stock" forest biome.

You can also place some hallowed blocks in a regular forest and it will be converted to a Hallowed biome eventualy.

I know but i want to underground become an ice biome too so this doesnt work

You can always just clean the hallow away using a Clentaminator.
