Wall of Flesh in Expert Mode didn't drop anything

Did this happen to anyone else? After so many tries in multiplayer with a friend, we have defeated him, but he didn't dropped anything! So frustrating!

The Treasure Bag doesn't drop at the same place for every player, it always drops from the boss body piece which is closest to the player. It might've dropped in lava and gotten destroyed, you sure that didn't happen?

I saw a cube of crimtane brick with anything inside. Also, we made a LONNNGGG platform.. so i don't think it might have droped into the lava

in that box there should have been items that spawned, if you exited and opened the world, the items will be gone

It was kind of weird, my friend died, and i managed kill it at the last instant. Seconds later i died by an anoying bat. I didn't had time to see if it really dropped something. Once i got back with my friend, there was nothing lol. Thanks for the help guys.
