In-Game Achievements Have Reset?

The title says it all. The steam achievements are still present, but for some odd reason many of the achievements on the in-game achievement menu are absent. While meeting the requirements for them again gets them back, there's one or two I don't want to have to do again (specifically Gelatin World Tour, Pretty in Pink, Sticky Situation and Fast and Fishious).

That being said brings me to my question: Is there any way to "force" these achievements to unlock without having to meet the requirements for them a second time?

No, there isn't a way to do so as far as i am aware nor can they be reset to any capacity. Although those aren't too bad to get again.

I don't know of any instantly convenient way to obtain those achievements again but they should be unlockable in Journey Mode as well as the harder difficulties, which can make reacquiring certain things easier since you have the ability to manipulate time/spawn rates and can duplicate item drops. It might be easier to obtain the final fishing achievement again in Journey Mode since you can fish up each quest fish once, research it and duplicate it every time you have to hand it in. And you can speed past the day so that the next fishing quest becomes available sooner. Toggling on god mode could help you hunt down all the slimes again, since would be able to explore the entire world without worry of dying. You could also enlist the help of other Journey Mode players who can offer you items to immediately duplicate. This would save you the trouble of having to search for and gather everything yourself.

Normally, I would not recommend that anyone obtain their achievements this way but yours is a special case where you've already legitimately obtained the achievements before.
