Right click gets 1 out of the stack, and if you hold it it'll just go up really fast :)
Welcome to Terraria and hope you enjoy the adventure :D
After beating the eye you either go in the corrupted biome or the crimson (crimson = red, corrupt = purple) and you blow up 3 orbs with bombs and another boss will appear, then you can head to the dungeon at night to talk to the guy in front of the dungeon to fight another boss and gain access to the dungeon. The dungeon is in either direction from spawn, one side has the jungle biome, the other side is the dungeon. Jungle biome is a bit hard pre-dungeon but you can get pretty good stuff
Then you usually go underground to spawn the wall of flesh THEN the game really starts (you go in hardmode, the corrupt or crimson biome will start spreading) and a new biome appears (the fairy one)
After getting the pwnhammer from wall of flesh you can return to your crimson/corrupted biome to smash altars (google them to get a good picture) and it will spawn new hardmore ore. (keep one to craft boss near your base, cause it's a crafting bench for boss)
Random events occur, you should get a meteorite spawn after corrup/crimson boss, pre wall of flesh (there's also a bee boss in the jungle, forgot about that one)
Then in hardmode you have other bosses to fight
Learn about housing NPC if you haven't already (it's the core of the game) and explore! (there's sky biome too! ;) )
Why must wings (negate fall damage as well as allow flight) be negated by Medusa turning you to stone when you're falling down your Hellevator?
A guy with 500 hp and best armor can 1-shot Medusa as well, she isn't that hard to take out
