Lunatic cultist strategy suggestions?

Suggestions on how to defeat the lunatic cultist? I have both ranger and mage equipment, and have beaten almost everything that can be beaten before the cultist except for duke fishron, because I don't have truffle worm.

well 1st Get truffle To Move In. 2nd Get A Truffle Worm. 3rd Kill DukeFishron. 4th Use The Flairon On The Lunitic Cultist

You can beat the cultist with almost anything. Its very easy to dodge all the attacks. When it summons 2 more cultists make sure you hit the right one or its gonna get a lot harder. I used the lock on hatchet that the golem drops and it was simple.

Same as every boss... Megashark plus Chlorophyte Bullets. I think you can trigger the UFO invasion by this point, so do that and farm it until you get the Cosmic Car Key, which pretty much gives you an extra accessory slot and makes every boss fight into easy mode.

Truffle isn't necessary to get the truffle worm. And getting truffle worms is easier said than done. I would love to have the razorblade typhoon, but I can't.

I got every loot item from the martians except influx waver and cosmic car key, but I will try fighting him as a ranger instead of mage.
