Freakin Jungle Crates
How rare are these things supposed to be!? I've wasted ao much bait trying to get one.

Use a crate potion. I also have better luck fishing for them in the underground jungle.

Not to mention I have the worst luck with my line breaking... I need that hardened line from the angler.

In my experience, the biome crates are about as rare as the golden ones.

And the high test fishing line is one of the most common angler reward items. Just keep doing the quests, you'll get it eventually.
