How long does the Martian Probe need to respawn ...
... after Martian Madness has been finished? It is around 1-4 days but I am not sure ...

I built a skybridge above the floating islands and set a water candle down. I usually get them often

They spawn more often in the space biome.

... I know how to increase their spawn rate but the question is how long you have to wait until they are able to respawn after a Martian Madness has been defeated. Because there is some delay.

They can respawn immediately after the last Martian Madness has been defeated. I've had some spawn less than a minute after my last Martian Madness.
