Which Mechanical Boss Produces the Most Cash?

This includes selling of items. I've just farmed 264 Souls of Night (and still getting more, as I'm farming keys, too. xD) for a serious boss sesh, but I'd rather make the most cash in the process.

I know it depends what drops, but I thought I'd just ask in the hopes that someone has a good experience with a particular boss. Wiki tells me they all drop 12 gold coins, except the Twins, which drops 10; a small difference, if the items are worthy.

Wenn es um Geschwindigkeit geht, würd Ich sagen es wär am besten den Destroyer zu farmen. Ist einfach zu töten, droppt 10 Gold und kannst die Items weiterverarbeiten. Mit besserem Equip könnten die anderen 2 zwar auch einfach werden, aber in dem Falle würde Ich sowieso andere Bosse zum Geld farmen nutzen :D

As I understand it, money (according to Wiki) is a set value. The souls are a guaranteed drop, but not how many. (between 17-40 or something, maybe? That's the sorta number I tend to get) Leaving the rest of the drops to chance whether they'll drop or not.

I ended up just crafting 80 or so mechanical worms, but I'm still interested in thoughts/ideas, for the next lump sum of souls I farm. xD Thanks for the feedback thus far.

Only two Mech Bosses I farm are Skeletron Prime and the Destroyer. Souls of Sight are of almost no value to me beyond the various Biome Keys.

I've still got over a hundred, though.
